Our products are tested in our own showroom/warehouse in Northbrook, IL. To see pix of our showroom click here. Orders for products in stock are shipped promptly. Customers with special orders or who order out-of-stock items are kept advised of their order status.

Orders of $199 or more and effects pedals qualify for free UPS ground shipping (with occasional exceptions). No sales tax is charged on products shipped outside of Illinois.
